Agundiz Design has been an actively thriving company throughout Ontario since 1995.  The founder and owner Jose Agundiz has over 20 years of experience in the renovation business and decided to start up a company of his own.  Agundiz Design has an exceptional history as hotel renovator, furthermore the company has successfully applied the same strategy and approach to residential buildings while continuing to expand its core renovation business. We have completed renovation projects for some of the top names in the industry and have earned a reputation for delivering quality service at reasonable rates.  Agundiz Design has developed into a well respected company with exceptional employees and pre qualified sub trades who we employ that meet our standards and quality of work.

  SUCCESS STORIES

 
Agundiz Design has worked on  projects in the past and has successfully produced a top rate outcome. Most notable relevant experience includes the Toronto Gateway Inn, where we transformed a small roadside inn into an outstanding reputable Howard Johnson. Another relatable project would be the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, London Ontario.  The hotel was originally a Comfort Inn by Choice Hotels and had to be renovated top to bottom, rooms had to be re-designed and re-built to uphold the superior standards of The Intercontinental Hotel Franchise.
